We work hard to keep every page accurate, but prices, specifications and stock change often. This page explains how to tell us about a mistake, how quickly we respond, how we correct pages and when we remove a product.
How to report an error
Email admin@parentproducts.co.uk with:
- a link to the page
- what you think is wrong
- a source, if you have one (for example the manufacturer’s page)
Brands and retailers should use the same address. You can also reach us through our Contact us page.
How quickly we reply
- We aim to reply to every report within 10 working days.
- Reports about safety, such as a recall or safety notice, are also looked at within 10 working days. While we check, we may add a warning to the product or remove it from the page.
How we correct pages
- Routine updates, such as a new price, stock change or broken link, are fixed and the page’s “Last checked” date is updated.
- Factual corrections, such as a wrong specification, product detail or safety information, are fixed and a dated note is added to the page explaining what changed, for example: “Correction, 3 November 2026: we previously said this pushchair weighs 9kg; it weighs 11kg.”
- We do not remove products or change what we say about them because a brand or retailer asks us to, unless the information was wrong.
When we remove a product
We remove a product from a page when:
- it has been discontinued or is no longer available from UK retailers
- it has been recalled or is the subject of a GOV.UK product safety alert
- there is a credible safety concern we are still checking
- it no longer meets the safety standard that applies to it
If we remove a product for a safety reason, we add a dated note to the page saying so, with a link to the official notice where there is one. Products removed for other reasons are replaced at the page’s next check.
What we will not change
We will not remove or change accurate information because a brand or retailer dislikes it, and we will not change a page in exchange for payment or free products. More on this is in our Review & Ratings Policy.
